Metal Desk Lamp with Rice Paper Shade and Warm Ambient Glow for Bedrooms and Living Rooms

This desk lamp pairs a slim metal frame with a rice paper shade, softening the light into a warm, diffused glow that suits a work desk, bedside table, or living room corner. The paper texture gives it a quiet, handcrafted feel that fits Japandi and minimalist interiors without drawing too much attention to itself, while the metal base keeps it stable on a nightstand or desktop. Three dimming levels let you switch between a brighter setting for reading or tasks and a soft, low glow for winding down in the evening. At 35 by 20 by 15 centimeters, it stays compact enough for a small desk or side table, making it a versatile pick for bedrooms, living rooms, or even a hotel style guest room.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

What size is this desk lamp and where does it fit?

The lamp measures 35 by 20 by 15 centimeters, a compact footprint that suits a work desk, bedside table, or a side table in a living room without taking up much space. Its size makes it easy to place in tighter bedrooms, home offices, or even a hotel style guest room.

Will the shade look like the photos once it arrives?

Yes, the rice paper shade and metal frame are shown accurately in the listing photos, and the warm, diffused glow you see is how the lamp performs in person. Rice paper is a natural material, so very slight texture variation between individual shades is normal.

How do I set up and use this lamp?

There is no wiring involved, it simply plugs into any standard household socket and sits on a desk, nightstand, or table, so it is ready to use within a minute of unboxing. The included power adapter handles the connection, and no tools or an electrician are needed for setup.

How do I clean and care for the rice paper shade?

Dust the shade gently with a dry, soft brush or cloth, and avoid water or damp cloths, which can warp, stain, or weaken the paper surface over time. Keep the lamp away from direct moisture and use it in dry indoor spaces such as bedrooms, offices, or living rooms only.

What light source does it use and is it dimmable?

It uses an LED light source with a built-in three level dimmer, letting you switch between a brighter setting for reading or tasks and a soft, low glow for relaxing evenings. It runs on 110 to 240 volt power, so it works with most standard household outlets worldwide.

What are the shipping and return terms?

We offer free shipping with no minimum purchase, and orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days with a tracking link sent as soon as your order ships. If it is not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it using a free prepaid label.

Metal Frame with Rice Paper Shade Plug In Setup and Three Level Dimmer for Easy Use

Up close the shade is genuine rice paper stretched over a slim metal frame, giving it a soft, fibrous texture that diffuses light evenly rather than casting a harsh point glow. Dust the paper shade gently with a dry, soft brush or cloth, and avoid water or damp cloths, which can warp or stain the paper surface. There is no wiring involved, it simply plugs into a standard household socket and sits on a desk, nightstand, or side table, so setup takes only a minute. The lamp runs on 110 to 240 volt power, includes a three level dimmer switch built into the base, and the included power adapter and user manual make it ready to use right out of the box.
