Is it a table or a light?

Both, and the table part is real. The top is a solid disc at 16.5 inches, which is coffee table height, and it carries glasses and a tray like any other. The light lives in the base under it, with nothing to wire and no cable to run.

How does the base light up?

The LED sits inside the woven cord, so the light escapes through every gap in the weave and shows as a line under the rim of the top. The base glows; the top stays solid and dark.

How is it charged?

Two ways: a 6V 10W external solar panel, or a DC 3.6V charger. It can sit in the sun or be plugged in, which matters on a covered terrace where sun never reaches it.

Which size for a seating group?

The 23.6 inch between two chairs, the 31.5 inch in front of a sofa. Both stand 16.5 inches tall, so the choice is about how much surface you want rather than about height.

Does the red hold its color?

Braided nylon holds pigment far better than natural fiber, and any strong color in full sun changes over years rather than months.

Can it stay outside?

Yes, it is rated IP65, dust tight and proof against water jets from every side. Do not immerse it. Let the cord dry after heavy rain rather than covering it while it is still wet.

A solar table that only charges from the sun is useless under a pergola, and pergolas are exactly where terrace furniture lives. Separating the panel from the body is the useful move here. Most solar furniture bolts the cell to the top surface, which puts it exactly where a glass and a tray need to go.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
