Is it a real leaf?

Yes. The shade is a naturally dried cocoa leaf, shaped and fixed to the bracket. That is why every lamp differs in color, vein pattern and curve.

Which height should I choose?

The 25.6 inch leaf suits a hallway, a bedside or a narrow wall. The 33.5 inch leaf has more presence beside a doorway, over a console or on a tall wall with a high ceiling.

Which bulb works?

A small warm LED bulb. It keeps the leaf cool and brings out the amber in the veins. Avoid hot incandescent bulbs. The bulb is not included.

How bright is it?

It is a mood light. The leaf filters the bulb into a warm amber glow. It marks a wall beautifully but will not light a room alone.

How do I look after it?

Dust gently with a soft dry brush. Keep it out of humid rooms and away from water, which can soften a dried leaf.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and switched from the wall.

How do I track my order?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
