Is a dimmable version available?

Yes. It is selected at checkout rather than switched on afterwards, and it needs a Triac dimmer switch for smooth flicker free control. The dimmer is not supplied with the fixture, so it has to be bought and wired to match.

Can I get a cooler white?

Yes, with advance notice. Standard orders ship at 3000K warm white. Neutral white at 4000K and cool white at 6000K are available, but the maker asks to be contacted before the order is placed, because the temperature is set during manufacture rather than switched later.

What happens when the LED reaches the end of its life?

The maker offers an ongoing light source support service for this fixture, undertaking to supply a compatible replacement module so that the fixture keeps working. That is worth knowing with an integrated LED, where there is no socket and no bulb to change yourself.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
