A Frame Cut to Lean, Which Is Why the Shade Sits Forward
The frame is wood, cut and joined so that it reads as a branch rather than a post. It leans forward on three feet and carries a fabric drum shade out past its own base, about three feet in front of where it stands. Nothing about it is symmetrical, which is the point: it sits in a room the way a plant does rather than the way a lamp does. At 70 inches tall and 40 inches deep it needs clear floor in front of it. Light or dark wood, one replaceable LED bulb, 9W and about 900 lumens. It plugs into a wall socket.
