Japandi Ceiling Light in Earthy Tones with Organic Textured Form for Calm Rooms

This ceiling light draws on Japandi and Wabi Sabi design, pairing an organic, hand-shaped silhouette with soft, neutral earthy tones that read as warm rather than stark. Instead of a sharp, glossy glow it casts a gentle, even light across the room, the kind that softens edges in the evening and lets a bedroom, living room, or dining area feel calm and grounded. The natural composite and metal build gives it a tactile, handcrafted texture that pairs well with wood furniture, stone accents, and woven textiles. It comes in two diameters, 45 or 52 centimeters, so you can scale it to a smaller reading nook or a wider dining table centerpiece, and it mounts flush to the ceiling for a clean, low-profile finish.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

What sizes are available and which rooms does this light suit best?

It comes in two diameters, 45 or 52 centimeters, so you can pick the scale that matches your ceiling height and room size. The smaller size works well over a bedside reading corner or a modest dining nook, while the 52 centimeter option makes a stronger statement centered above a dining table or in an open living room.

Will the texture and color match what is shown in the photos?

Yes, the earthy, neutral tone and organic, hand-shaped texture in the images reflect the natural composite material used in production. Because the finish is designed to look handcrafted, you may notice small, natural variations in texture from piece to piece, which is part of its artisanal character rather than a flaw.

How does this light mount, and does it hang overhead or on a wall?

It mounts flush to the ceiling using a standard electrical box and the included hardware, so it hangs overhead rather than on a wall. The fixture is lightweight, which keeps installation quick, and most homeowners can complete the mount themselves in under an hour with basic tools.

How do I clean and maintain the natural composite shade?

Wipe the shade gently with a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster to remove dust from its textured surface, and spot clean lightly damp only if truly needed, drying it right away afterward. It is rated for indoor use, so keep it out of bathrooms, saunas, or any space with regular direct moisture exposure.

What kind of bulb does it take, and can the light be dimmed?

The listing does not specify a fixed integrated LED module, so check the bulb base and wattage noted on the product page before ordering standard household bulbs. Because dimmability depends on the bulb and switch you pair with it, use a dimmer-compatible bulb and a matching wall dimmer if you want adjustable ambiance in the room.

What is the shipping and return policy for this fixture?

Shipping is free with no minimum order size, and your fixture is prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days with a tracking link emailed to you. Should it not suit your space, you have a full 30-day return window from delivery with a free prepaid return label, and our team replies to any message within 2 business days.

Japandi Ceiling Light, Natural Composite Build with an Easy Overhead Mount

The shade is built from a natural composite paired with metal accents, giving it a matte, textured surface that feels closer to stone or clay than to plastic. Dust it with a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster, and avoid soaking the material or using strong household cleaners, which can dull the earthy finish. It is designed for indoor rooms only, so keep it away from steam-heavy bathrooms or damp spaces. Mounting is straightforward, the fixture attaches to a standard ceiling electrical box with the included hardware, and its light overall weight makes the process quick for most homeowners or a local electrician.
