Clear glass or water pattern glass?

Clear glass shows the bulb, so pick a filament bulb you like the look of. Water pattern glass has a rippled texture that hides the bulb and scatters the light into a soft shimmer.

What does the antique bronze finish look like?

A warm brown with gold highlights on the edges, as if the metal had aged outdoors. It suits brick, stone and older houses. Black gives a sharper contrast on pale walls.

Which bulb does it take?

One E26 bulb, LED or filament, not included. A 2700K bulb gives the warm glow in the photos.

Can it take heavy rain?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. The photos include it lit in heavy rain. Do not submerge it.

How high should I mount it?

Beside a door, set the middle of the lantern about 66 inches above the step. For a pair, keep both at the same height.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you do not see it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
