Which way does the light go?

Both up and down. It carries two sockets, one aimed at the ceiling and one at the floor, so a single fitting washes the full height of the wall instead of dropping one pool of light.

Which bulbs does it take?

Two E14 candelabra size bulbs, one per direction, not included. Clear or filament bulbs put more light into the crystal rods, which is where the piece gets its depth once it is lit.

How big is this sconce?

7.1 inches wide and 19.7 inches tall. That vertical proportion is what makes it read as a column rather than as a lamp, and it is why a pair frames a bed or a mirror well.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Confirm the box height first, because a fitting that throws light up and down is unforgiving if it sits too low.

Can it go in a bathroom?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
