How big is it on the wall?

The smaller size is 31.5 inches across, about the width of a doorway. The larger is 39.4 inches. Both read as a feature from across a garden, so give them a wall with space around them.

Does the whole disc light up?

Yes. An LED strip inside the ring washes the wall behind it with a halo, and the square center panel glows yellow. The black lattice stays dark and crisp against the light.

Can it stay outside all year?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. It suits an exposed garden wall, a courtyard or a wall beside a pool. Do not submerge it.

Warm or cool white?

Warm white at 3000K gives the golden halo seen in the photos. Cool white at 6000K looks whiter and suits concrete and modern render.

What kind of wall does it need?

A solid masonry or concrete wall. The light weighs about 22 lb, so use anchors rated for that load and let your installer plan the fixing points.

Is it dimmable?

It runs from a standard on and off wall switch, which keeps the outdoor wiring simple and the driver protected.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
