Why does only part of the ring glow?

That is the design. The diffuser is shaped so the light is strongest on one side and fades around the ring, which gives the crescent effect. Mounted, you can rotate the ring to choose which side of the moon is lit.

Which size should I take?

The 23.6 inch ring suits a courtyard wall or the side of a walkway seen from a few yards away. The 31.5 inch ring is for a long garden wall, a gate entrance or a facade seen from across a lawn. Two rings of different sizes on one wall work well too.

Is there a solar version?

This page carries the wired version, which runs at full output every night from a wall switch. A solar version of the same design exists, so look at the solar collection linked below if that is what you need.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor junction box and should be installed by a licensed electrician to local code.

Can it light a path?

It gives a wall a strong glow that spills onto the ground in front, so a path running beside it will be softly lit. It is mainly a feature light though. For a long path, add low marker lights.

Is it suitable near a pool or fountain?

It is IP65, so rain and splashes are fine on the wall above a water feature. It must not be submerged and should be mounted above any splash zone where water pools.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
