Can I dim this sconce?

Only the dimmable version, which uses Triac dimming with a compatible wall dimmer, not included. The standard version is fixed output, so the choice is made at the order.

Is there a bulb to replace?

Both versions carry a built in LED at 3000K warm white. Nothing is opened or matched after the fitting is mounted, which also keeps the two columns lit evenly.

Why are the columns ribbed?

The ridges stay brighter and the hollows fall back, so the stone reads as fine vertical lines rather than one flat panel. At 19.7 inches tall that texture is what gives the piece depth.

How big is this sconce?

The Dimmable Version Is the One to Take Beside a Bed, and It Costs Little More

Both versions carry the same built in LED at 3000K warm white with no bulb to replace. The dimmable one uses Triac dimming and needs a compatible wall dimmer, which is not included. Beside a bed that difference decides how the fitting gets used: at full output the ribs read sharp and bright, and taken down low they settle into a row of soft lines that works for the last hour of the evening. In a hallway the fixed version is enough. In a bedroom it is worth the small step up at the point of order.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
