The face of this fitting is a piece of carving, not a shade. How far does it stand off the wall?

What do the four finishes change?

The ring and the carving. Light wood in a black ring is the highest contrast, walnut in a black ring is warmer and quieter, the all black version reads as relief rather than as wood, and the white version lightens the whole piece.

How do I clean it?

Dust the carved layers with a soft brush, following the contours rather than across them, and wipe the ring with a barely damp cloth. Keep water off the wood and let the fitting cool first.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
