Which bulbs does it take?

G4 bi-pin bulbs, one per lit bloom, and they must be 110V line voltage. Low voltage 12V G4 bulbs look the same and will not run here. Bulbs are not included, so buy the line voltage type.

How many blooms are lit?

Write to us with the size you are looking at and we will send you the number of lit blooms and the bulbs it takes, so you buy them once rather than twice.

How big is the fixture?

13.8 inches wide and 17.7 inches tall. That is large enough to hold a wall on its own beside a bed, and small enough that a pair either side of a fireplace does not crowd the mantel.

Is the porcelain identical on every bloom?

The blooms are shaped and glazed by hand, so petal thickness and tone vary a little, which is why the light through them is uneven. That unevenness is what keeps it from reading as molded plastic.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Set the box height before mounting, because the branches curve upward and the piece hangs differently than a flat plate.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Several open sockets sit inside the blooms, and moisture reaching them is a problem well before the porcelain is affected.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
