Which bulb does it take?

One G9 bi pin LED bulb, not included. A warm white bulb between 2700K and 3000K suits the stone. A cooler bulb turns the fan gray and cancels the reason for choosing alabaster.

Where does it suit a room?

Above something horizontal: a fireplace, a console, a sideboard or a headboard. At 12.2 inches wide it crowds a narrow pier and reads small on a tall empty wall.

Which way does the light go?

Mostly upward, out of the fan and onto the wall above, with a softer glow through the stone itself. The metal petals below catch light along their edges rather than glowing.

Will the stone look like the photographs?

In character rather than in detail. Alabaster is natural, so the veining and the density vary, which is why the glow across the fan is uneven rather than flat like frosted glass.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Since most of the light goes upward, set the box low enough that the fan is not close to the ceiling.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Alabaster is porous and stains from steam, and an upward facing fan collects that moisture rather than shedding it.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
