The six petals are opaque white on every version, so the body of the fixture is neutral, and the color sits on one small disc at the center: white, pink, yellow or green. From a standing position the eye reads a soft white flower with a dot of color in it, which works in a nursery, in a shared bedroom and in the room of a ten year old who has decided they are too old for a nursery. The shape does the charm, the color does the accent, and neither of them locks the room into a theme.

What are the four colors?

White, pink, yellow and green, and the color applies to the center disc rather than to the petals. The petals stay white on every version. That keeps the fixture quiet on the ceiling and leaves the color as a single accent, which is easier to live with in a room that will be redecorated as a child grows.

How bright is it?

The integrated LED draws around 70W, which is a whole room output for a bedroom or a dining room rather than a decorative glow. The petals are opaque, so the light leaves through the whole surface evenly instead of showing a bright center, and there is no visible bulb from the floor.

Can I choose the color temperature?

Yes, at the time of the order. Warm white at 3000K, neutral white at 4000K and cool white at 6000K are all available, and the setting is fixed during manufacture rather than switched afterwards. Warm white is the usual choice for a bedroom, neutral for a room that doubles as a homework space.

Is there a dimmable version?

Yes, selected at checkout rather than added later. The dimmable version needs a Triac dimmer switch for smooth flicker free control, and the dimmer is not supplied with the fixture. The standard version runs from an ordinary wall switch, which is also not included.

How deep is it?

4.7 in or 12 cm, in a single size 19.7 in or 50 cm across. That is shallow for a fixture this wide, which is the reason it works in a child's room with a standard ceiling, where anything deeper starts to feel close above a bunk bed or a loft bed.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

No. The maker rates the fixture IP20, for indoor use only and with no protection against water, so a bathroom or a shower room is outside that rating. A bedroom, a playroom, a nursery or a dining room is the kind of dry space it is built for.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
