Do all the versions charge a phone?

How high is the tray?

25.6 inches, which is standard side table height next to a sofa and about right beside most beds. The tray is 11.8 inches across, so it holds a phone, a glass and a book, not a laptop and a lamp.

Is the globe glass or plastic?

Glass, held in a metal collar at the end of the hooked stem. It takes a standard E27 bulb rated 10W here, so it is a serviceable part rather than a sealed LED unit.

Can it be dimmed?

With an E27 socket, a plug-in dimmer and a dimmable bulb is the practical way to vary the level if you want it lower at night.

Which tray material should I pick?

Wood is warmest and the only one offered with charging. Marble costs more and matches the base. Iron is the lightest and the least expensive. The lamp itself is identical across all three.

Does it replace a nightstand?

For a phone, a glass of water and a book, yes, and the charging build removes the cable that usually lives on a nightstand. For anything with a drawer or a stack of books, no. It is a tray, not a cabinet.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
