How many bulbs does it take?

G9 bi pin LED bulbs, not included. Write to us with the size you want and we will send you the socket count so you buy bulbs once rather than guessing from a photograph.

Will the alabaster match the photographs?

That is the nature of the material. Alabaster is natural stone, so veining and tone differ from blade to blade and from piece to piece. The photographs show one example rather than a standard.

Does the stone show its veining when lit?

Yes, and that is the reason for the design. The bulb sits behind the blades, so the stone turns translucent and the veining reads as dark lines within the light rather than on a pale surface.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. On the larger size, set the box height carefully because the fan reads badly if it sits too low.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Alabaster is porous and marks permanently from steam and splashes, so a bathroom shortens its life rather than just its looks.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
