What is the difference between the four models?

Model A is square with a softly lowered center and tensioned corner folds. Model B is a cleaner square with broader fabric planes and less movement. Model C is a folded geometric profile with asymmetrical surface depth. Model D is the round one, with circular tension lines and a softer organic look.

How long does it take to make?

About 30 days. The maker states that the production lead time runs to roughly a month because of the characteristics of natural silk and the hand shaping each piece needs. That is worth planning around if the fixture is going into a room on a deadline.

Will the folds be identical on every piece?

No. The silk is shaped and tensioned by hand, so folds, fiber texture, translucency and edge alignment vary slightly between pieces, and manual measurement can differ by roughly 2 to 3 cm. The maker publishes that tolerance rather than claiming a uniform product.

Does it need a bulb?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
