How tall is it on the wall?

47.2 inches, close to four feet. It needs a wall of at least 8 feet with clear space above and below. On a standard front door it would be too large; it suits courtyards, pool walls and gate pillars.

What are the panels made of?

They read as alabaster: veined and pale when off, glowing amber when lit. Write to us if the exact material has to appear on a specification and we will put it in writing.

Can it stay out in the rain?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. Do not submerge it.

Warm or cool white?

Warm white at 3000K gives the amber glow in the photos. Cool white at 6000K reads whiter and suits concrete or modern render.

How should I space several?

Along a long garden wall, 8 to 10 feet apart keeps the rhythm clear. Mount them all at the same height so the medallions line up.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
