Which bulb does it take?

An E14 candelabra size socket, bulbs not included. A warm filament style bulb puts more sparkle through the cut drops than a frosted one, because the crystals need a small bright source to work with.

Are small marks inside the crystal a fault?

The drops are cut and polished glass, and tiny internal bubbles or fine lines are normal in cut crystal. They are visible only close up and they do not affect how the piece throws light.

Does it need an electrician?
