Is it dimmable?

A dimmable version is offered. The maker recommends pairing it with a quality Triac or thyristor wall dimmer, or with a remote control dimmer, for smooth flicker free control. Neither the dimmer nor the remote ships with the fixture, so the control has to be bought to match.

What color temperatures are listed?

Warm white at 3000K, neutral white at 4000K and cool white at 6000K. Warm suits a bedroom in the evening, neutral reads cleaner in a home office with daylight, and cool is the brightest of the three. Confirm the temperature with us when you order, because it is set at manufacture.

How deep is the fixture?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
