Two candelabra size bulbs, not included. Tell us which country the sconce is going to and we will send it with the right socket, E12 for North America and E14 for Europe.

What is the IP rating?

We list this fitting for dry indoor rooms only, and no IP rating is carried on it. Write to us if a rating has to appear on a specification.

How heavy is it?

At 24.8 inches wide with two stone shades it is not light. Write to us before you specify the fixings and we will send you the weight in writing.

Where does a fitting this wide suit?

Above something equally wide: a large mirror, a wide piece of art, a long console or a bed. On a narrow wall a 24.8 inch bar overhangs and reads as the wrong size immediately.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Confirm the weight first, because the box and the fixings have to be planned together on a bar this wide.

Can it go in a bathroom?

Dry indoor rooms only. Alabaster is porous and stains permanently from steam, so a bathroom is not the room for a stone shade whatever the rating.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
