One head suits a narrow wall at 2.4 inches wide. The two head version is 5.9 inches wide and comes as a left or a right layout, so a pair either side of a bed mirrors rather than repeating.

Which bulb does it take?

One G9 bi pin LED bulb per head, not included. A warm white bulb between 2700K and 3000K keeps the alabaster warm and lets the veining read as darker lines in the glow.

How heavy is it?

About 2.2 pounds for the one head version and 5.0 pounds for either two head layout. Both are light enough for standard fixings into a solid wall or a stud rather than heavy anchors.

Will two of them match?

In design yes, in stone no. Alabaster is natural, so veining and tone differ from tube to tube. A left and a right mounted either side of a bed will glow at slightly different warmths.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Decide the left or right layout before the boxes are set, because the heads are not symmetrical.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Alabaster is porous and marks permanently from steam, which is damage to the stone rather than to the finish.

The two head version staggers its tubes rather than lining them up, so the light lands at two levels and the wall reads with depth instead of as one bright band. Beside a bed that means a pool at reading height and a second, higher glow that softens the wall above. The stone does the rest: each tube is natural alabaster, lit from inside, so the veining shows and the glow stays soft. At 5.9 inches wide and 17.7 inches tall it holds a bedside wall without needing to be large, and it keeps the bulbs out of sight from a pillow.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
