Which version is the mini?

The 10.2 inch single head at 7W. It is a small bell of bead strands on a short chain, made for a nightstand, a small hall or a pair over a kitchen island. The other three are full room fittings.

Are the beads crystal or glass?

They are strung on fine strands rather than hung as cut drops, which is why the fitting reads as a soft curtain instead of a sparkle. Handle them by the strand, never by one bead.

How much does it weigh?

One figure, 22 lbs, is printed for every version including the 10 inch mini, which cannot hold. Write to us with your version and we will send you the real weight.

How many lamps does mine take?

The wattage tells the real story: 7W is one lamp, 35W is five, 42W is six, 63W is nine. Write to us with your version and we will send you the count so you can buy spares once.

Is the linear version a different shape?

Yes. It hangs a row of bead curtains under a flat gold bar rather than opening them around a center, so it suits a long table or an island.

How do I clean the beads?

Lift each strand gently and go over it with a soft brush or a dry microfiber cloth. Never tug a strand and never use a vacuum near it. Once a year is enough in a normal room.

A cut crystal drop hangs alone and throws hard points of light around a room. A strand of small beads does not: the beads sit close together and each one passes light to the next, so a curtain of strands glows softly along its whole length. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment. We keep a short 24-hour window before processing so that you can adjust or cancel your order if you need to. Our team places orders with our warehouses Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, it is usually in transit for about 7 to 10 days. This is an estimate and can occasionally be longer depending on the destination country and the carrier handling your parcel.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you do not see it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
