How wide is this cloud shaped ceiling light?

It measures 25.6 in across by 3.9 in high, or 65 by 10 cm, and there is one size only. The shallow 10 cm profile keeps the fixture close to the ceiling with no hanging drop, which is what lets a piece this wide sit in a room with a standard ceiling height without crowding it.

Will my piece look like the photographs?

The outline will. The stone will not match exactly. Yellow travertine forms over geological time, and the maker states plainly that the pattern belongs to nature and is not subject to human control, so veining and pore distribution differ from one fixture to the next. The photographs show a representative example rather than the exact piece.

Does it take bulbs?

No. The light source is an integrated LED set behind the white diffuser at the center of the stone, so there is no bulb to fit and none to replace. It is offered in warm light at 3000K, neutral light at 4000K and cool light at 6000K, chosen when the order is placed.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
