Is the glass clear or frosted?

Clear, and hollow inside. The light enters the disc from below and leaves through the glass, so the edge of the plate glows while the plate itself stays transparent, which is why the lamp still reads as glass when it is switched off.

Can you see the light source?

From a seated height, no. The LED sits under the disc and shines up into it, so what you see is a glowing plate rather than a point of light.

Is there a bulb to replace?

The LED is integrated, which is why the color temperature is chosen at order time from 3000K, 4000K or 6000K rather than changed later by swapping a bulb.

How much light does it give?

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.
