Will the marble match the photographs?

Marble is natural stone, so veining, density and tone vary from piece to piece. Lit from behind the veining reads more strongly than it does by day, which is part of the effect.

Can I get a matched pair?

We request two discs cut close together so the veining runs similarly, which is the only way to get a pair that reads as a set rather than as two separate stones.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box despite the touch control. The touch dome replaces the wall switch for daily use rather than replacing the wiring behind the fitting.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Marble is porous and stains from standing moisture, and a touch control in a wet room is not a combination to test.

The disc is cut from natural white marble with gray veining, which means the pattern, the density of the veins and the exact tone differ from piece to piece and from the photographs. Lit from behind, the disc appears to float against a ring of warm light on the wall, and that backlight makes the veining read more strongly than it does by day. Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
