How do I clean a fabric shade?

Dry only. A soft dry cloth, or a vacuum on its lowest suction with a brush head, lifts dust without pulling the weave out of shape. Work along the folds rather than across them. Keep water away from the fabric, since a damp cloth leaves a ring. This is an indoor fitting, away from steam.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
