Which bulbs does it take?

E14 candelabra size candle bulbs, one per arm, not included. A warm filament style bulb suits the distressed paint and gives the crystal beads a small bright source to break up.

Will the distressing look like the photographs?

In character, not in detail. The paint is worn back by hand, so where the metal shows through differs from piece to piece. That variation is what keeps it from reading as a factory finish.

Are marks inside the beads normal?

Yes. The beads are cut and polished crystal glass, so tiny bubbles and fine internal lines occur. They are visible at close range only and have no effect on the way the light scatters.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. There is no cord or plug, so the supply has to reach the mounting point before the frame goes up.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
