Can it go on an exposed wall?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. It suits an open porch, a garage front or a garden wall. Do not submerge it.

Which bulb should I use?

Any E26 bulb, LED or filament, not included. An LED bulb at 2700K gives a warm glow through the frosted glass and stays cool to the touch.

How many do I need for a garage?

For a single garage door, one on each side. For a double door, add a third in the middle or place two at the outer edges and one by the side door.

How high should I mount it?

Beside a front door, about 66 inches from the step to the center of the shade. Above a garage door, 8 to 12 inches above the top of the frame.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

Is the coffee gold finish shown?

The photos show black. Coffee gold is a warm brown gold tone. We send a photo of that finish before your order so you can check it against your trim.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, it is usually in transit for about 7 to 10 days. This is an estimate and can occasionally be longer depending on the destination country and the carrier handling your parcel.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you do not see it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
