Ten G9 capsules in the 55 cm version and sixteen in the 85 cm version, one behind each group of panels. G9 is the small two pin base rather than a screw fitting, and the maker lists LED and Edison style capsules as suitable. Bulb inclusion is not stated, so plan on buying the full set before installation.

Will the stone match the photographs?

The shape will, the markings will not. The maker states directly that alabaster patterns vary by product and that the fixture shipped differs from the one photographed. Each panel is cut from quarried stone, so veining, translucency and warmth of tone shift from panel to panel inside the same fixture as well.

How deep does it hang?

8.9 in or 22.5 cm in both sizes. That is deep for a flush mount, because the panels are stacked in two overlapping rows rather than laid flat, but it is far less than a pendant of the same width would need. Measure the ceiling height before choosing the 85 cm version.

Which size suits a dining table?

Can it go in a bathroom?

No, it cannot. The rating is IP20, which the maker describes as damp rated and not waterproof, for indoor use only. Natural stone also marks when moisture reaches it. Keep the fixture away from a bathroom, and away from a shower room or any space where steam gathers against the ceiling.

How is it cleaned?

Dust the alabaster and the brass with a soft dry cloth, working around the fasteners rather than over them. Water, solvents and abrasive cleaners all damage natural stone and strip a brass finish. Switch the power off at the breaker before cleaning or before changing any of the capsules.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
