How far below the ceiling does it sit?

The stem and canopy put the bottom of the glass about 12 inches under the plaster, so the fitting clears a standard eight foot ceiling everywhere in a room. That is what makes it usable in a corridor where a cord pendant would be in the way.

White or amber yellow?

Which size for a kitchen?

The stem is a fixed length, which is what holds the fitting steady so close to the ceiling. Where an adjustable drop matters, a cord pendant is the right type of fitting rather than this one.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated for dry locations, so a large ventilated bathroom away from the shower is the limit. For a wet zone or a small steamy room, a sealed fitting is the correct answer.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
