How many bulbs does it take?

Candelabra sockets, E12 or E14 depending on the piece. Write to us with the one you want and we will send you both the socket type and the count in writing.

Which color should I choose?

Blossom pink reads warm and soft against cream or wood. Lagoon blue is the coolest and most graphic. Clear lets the chrome frame and the diamond texture carry the piece without adding color.

Are bubbles in the glass a fault?

Each petal is blown by hand, so small bubbles and slight differences in shape and length are normal and expected. They are what make the cascade fall unevenly rather than in a regular grid.

How big is this sconce?

Does it need an electrician?

Each teardrop is blown individually, which means slight differences in length, wall thickness and curve from petal to petal, and small bubbles trapped in the glass. Hung in three tiers those differences accumulate into a cascade that falls unevenly, the way a real flower does. A machine pressed version would be regular and would look it. Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
