How high above a nightstand?

Around 24 to 28 inches between the surface and the bottom of the tube puts light on a page and keeps the glass out of your eye line lying down. The cord is cut at installation, so the height is set against your own bed.

What does the touch switch do?

It turns the lamp on and off at the fitting itself, so no extra wiring to a wall switch is needed beside the bed. The ceiling box still needs to be live, which an electrician handles when the pendant goes up.

Green or white?

Green tints the light slightly and reads as a strong object during the day, which suits a pale room. White keeps the output neutral and disappears more easily, which is the better choice where the pendant hangs above a desk.

How much light does one give?

About 22 to 32 square feet, which covers a bedside, a reading chair or one working position at a desk. Plan a second source for the rest of the room, since a tube this narrow is task light by design.

Is the bulb included?

An E26 or E27 LED is supplied with the fitting, so it works the day it is wired. The socket takes any standard screw bulb afterwards, which keeps replacement simple years later.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
