How is it charged?

How long does a charge last?

It carries a built in rechargeable cell and a USB charging port on the body, so it tops up from any phone charger rather than needing a dock. Write to us with the size you are looking at and we will send you the runtime in writing.

Is the handle comfortable?

It is an arch over the top with a leather detail, sized for one hand, and the lamp is light enough at this size to carry with a glass in the other. That is the whole reason for the shape.

Is there anything to install?

Nothing at all. There is no wiring, no fixing and no cable to run, which is exactly what makes it usable on a balcony rail, a garden table or a step where no supply exists.

Can it be left out in the rain?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
