Which hub should I choose?

Vertical or horizontal above a bed?

How long does a charge last?

How warm is the light?

Three settings cycle from the touch pad, warm 3000K, neutral 4000K and cool 6000K. Warm suits a bedroom in the evening, neutral is easier for reading, and the cool setting is there for a work corner or a dressing area.

Does it mark the wall?

Two screws hold the plate, and the rod clips over it. There is no heat build up on the wall behind the fitting and no cable chase to patch later, so taking it down leaves two small holes and nothing else.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
