Can I mount it flat as well as upright?

Yes. Upright it stretches a stair or corridor wall vertically. Flat it draws a horizontal line above a sofa or a bed. The fitting is the same, so the decision is made at the wall.

Is it bright enough to read by?

It draws about 5.5 watts, which lights a passage at night and marks a wall in the evening. Plan a lamp or a ceiling fitting for the working light in that room.

Will I see the individual LEDs?

The strip sits behind a woven fiber diffuser, so the output is spread before it leaves the fitting and the whole face reads as one continuous line rather than a row of dots.

Is there a bulb to replace?

The LED is integrated at 3000K warm white, so nothing is opened or matched once the fitting is mounted. The install is the only access this fitting ever needs.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Decide upright or flat before the box is set, because the two orientations need it in different places.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. A woven fiber diffuser in a steamy room also absorbs moisture and marks, which cannot be cleaned out of the weave.

Upright beside a staircase or along a corridor, the 31.5 inch rod stretches the wall vertically and marks the way at low level. Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
