Is the panel real alabaster?

It is resin made to look like alabaster, with a soft vein. Resin is light and handles rain and frost well on an outdoor wall.

Can it stay outside all year?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. Do not submerge it.

How far apart should I space several?

Along a long wall, 6 to 8 feet apart keeps an even rhythm. Beside a door or steps, one on each side is enough.

What color is the light?

The version sold here is 3000K warm white, which makes the panel glow a soft cream.

Can it be used indoors too?

Yes. An IP65 fixture works in a hallway or entry as well, provided it is wired to a junction box.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
