Where does the light come from?

From an LED hidden inside the arch. It lights the walnut oval from behind, so the wood glows and the white disc above it catches the light. You never see a bulb.

How bright is it?

About 9 W of LED, which makes it an accent light. It gives a wall a warm glow and a bedside enough light to find a book, not enough to light a room on its own.

Is the black part stone?

Yes. The arch is travertine with a distressed black finish, which leaves the natural pores and texture of the stone visible. Each lamp varies slightly.

Where does it work well?

Above a nightstand, beside an armchair, or on a narrow wall between shelves. At 15.7 inches tall it has enough presence to anchor a small wall and is compact enough for a bedside.

Can I change the color of the light?

It comes in 3000K warm white, which is the tone that suits a walnut oval against a black arch. Neutral and cool builds are also made, so tell us which one you want and we will set it up that way.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and switched from the wall.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
