The shape will, the stone will not. Alabaster is quarried rather than manufactured, so veining, clouding, mineral markings, color tone and the way the shade reads when lit all vary between pieces. Which bulb does it take?

One E27 bulb, the standard large screw base, and it is not supplied with the fixture. The maker lists an E27 LED bulb or a compatible Edison style bulb, and recommends 2700K to 3000K warm white, which is the range that brings out the warm tones already in the stone.

Can this fixture be dimmed?

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
