The Head Tilts on the Plate, So the Beam Lands on the Page and Not on the Sleeper
A cylinder on a rounded backplate, and the cylinder turns. That is the whole idea: you point the beam at the book and leave the rest of the bed dark, which is what a bedside light has to do when two people go to sleep at different times. The head is 5.1 inches across and the fitting stands 11.8 inches tall, with a push button on the plate so nothing hangs down to hunt for in the dark. It runs on a battery and charges over USB, so it mounts on the wall above a nightstand with two screws and no cable chase.
