The 15.4 inch reach at 30.7 inches tall suits a bedside or a desk and takes an E14 bulb. The 23.2 inch reach at 46.5 inches tall suits a sofa or a reading chair and takes an E26 bulb.

How far does the arm move?

It folds at two joints and the shade tilts at the end, so the light can sit over a book, fold flat to the wall or point at a picture. The reach depends on the size you choose.

Which bulb does it take?

An E14 bulb on the small size and an E26 on the large one, not included. Check which size you ordered before buying bulbs, because the two are not interchangeable.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
