Three Tiers of Beads Is What Puts the Pattern on the Ceiling
A gray drum rim holds three stepped tiers of white wooden bead strands, each tier shorter than the one above it, with six candle lamps burning inside the stack. The tiers do two things at once. Seen from the side they give the fitting a stepped silhouette that a single curtain of beads cannot. Seen from below, the light passes between the strands at three different depths and throws a broken pattern right across the ceiling. It measures 21.7 inches across and 18.9 inches tall.
