What finish is the frame?

The photographs show a warm brass tone on every version, and that is how we describe it. Write to us if the finish name has to appear on a specification and we will put it in writing.

How many lamps does the 24 inch take?

It varies by size, and one figure printed across the range does not hold: a 16 inch fitting at 15W cannot take sixteen lamps. Write to us with your size and we will send you the count.

Does it dim?

This model holds one level, unlike most of this range where dimming is offered to order. If you want a lower light over a table, tell us and we will look at what can be done.

Is the glass crystal?

It is pressed glass with a molded lace pattern. It reads like cut crystal from across a room and costs far less, and it is far more robust if a petal is knocked while you clean it.

Which size for a hallway?

The 16 or 20 inch round. The chain is adjustable to 23.6 inches so you can pull it up tight. The 24 inch is the dining room and entry size, and the two largest need a tall room.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery.

How long before my order ships?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment. We keep a short 24-hour window before processing so that you can adjust or cancel your order if you need to. Our team places orders with our warehouses Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, it is usually in transit for about 7 to 10 days. This is an estimate and can occasionally be longer depending on the destination country and the carrier handling your parcel.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you do not see it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
