sculptural-table-lamp-stacked-wood-forms-two-sizes
Sculptural Table Lamp, Stacked Wood Forms, Two Sizes

Sculptural Table Lamp Built from Three Stacked Wood Forms

Three solid wood forms, stacked: a dark teardrop at the bottom, a pale flattened disc above it, and a small dark sphere at the top, holding a pleated linen shade cut into a wide umbrella. The stack is the whole idea, since each piece is turned separately and the silhouette reads as a cairn of pebbles rather than as a stem. The shade is soft and low and spreads the light into a broad pool across the surface instead of down a narrow cone. Light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy, and a button on the cord cycles through three modes; the mode you leave it on is the one that returns when you switch it on again. Two sizes share the same construction: 25 cm across and 29 cm tall for a nightstand, or 32 by 36 cm for a console or a desk. Every form is solid timber, so grain and tone shift from one lamp to the next.

Product sizes

Small: Dia 25 cm x H 29 cm (Dia 9.8″ x H 11.4″)

Large: Dia 32 cm x H 36 cm (Dia 12.6″ x H 14.2″)

Specifications

Style: Japandi, minimalist

Material: Solid wood and linen

Shade: Pleated linen, cut into a wide umbrella

Base: Teardrop, flat disc and sphere in solid wood, stacked

Finish: Natural wood with an oatmeal linen shade

Light source: Integrated LED, no bulb needed

Modes: Three lighting modes, cycled with the button on the cord; the last mode is remembered

Power source: Plug-in

Cord: 150 cm (59.1″) with a plug

Voltage: AC 110-240V

Switch: Inline button on the cord

Installation: None, plug it in and set it down

IP rating: 20 - not waterproof

Environment: Indoor

Certification: North America, EU, AU, Saudi Arabia

Solid wood: grain and tone vary from one piece to the next

Related collections

Browse Wood Table Lamps and Minimalist Table Lamps for fittings that pair with this one.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0997/8183/7096/files/sculptural-table-lamp-pebble-plain-front.png?v=1789402277
