rope-pendant-light-woven-hourglass-with-brass-band-62-cm
Rope Pendant Light in a Woven Hourglass with Brass, 62 cm

Rope Pendant Light in a Woven Hourglass with Brass

The shade is an hourglass: a wide cone opening upward, a narrow waist, then a second cone flaring down to the mouth, the whole surface wrapped in finely woven hemp rope so the texture runs horizontally all the way around. A brass band closes the waist and a brass stem carries the fixture, and those two metal elements are what keep a natural fiber shade from going soft. Lit, the bulbs sit inside the lower cone and throw light down through the open mouth while the woven surface glows in bands, so the fixture is both the source and the object. At 62 cm across and 36 cm deep it is sized for a dining table or a kitchen island rather than a corner, and the hanging rod adjusts from about 50 to 166 cm so the height is set at installation. The source is LED on an E12 or E14 base.

Product sizes

One size: Dia 61.6 cm x H 35.6 cm (⌀ 24.25″ x H 14″)

Hanging height: adjustable from 49.5 to 166 cm (19.5″ to 65.25″)

Specifications

Material: Hemp rope, iron

Detail: Brass band and stem

Light source: LED bulbs

Bulb base: E12 or E14

Voltage: 110-240V

Lighting area: 10 to 15 square meters

Installation: Ceiling mounted, adjustable hanging height

Mounting: Ceiling

Environment: Indoor

Related collections

Browse Adjustable Height Pendant Lights and Pendant Lights for fittings that pair with this one.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0997/8183/7096/files/rope-pendant-light-brass-hourglass.webp?v=1789307736
