beige-table-lamp-scalloped-shade-turned-oak-two-sizes
Beige Table Lamp, Scalloped Shade on Oak, Two Sizes

Beige Table Lamp with a Scalloped Fabric Shade

The shade is a drum that has been folded rather than left plain: the beige fabric runs in wide vertical panels and the top and bottom edges are cut into deep scallops, so the outline reads as a row of soft petals from every angle and the lit fabric shows a seam of shadow down each fold. Under it, the stem is solid oak turned as a long slim shaft that flares out near the floor into a trumpet foot, finished in a walnut tone with the grain running through it. The two parts are deliberately mismatched in weight, a broad shade over a narrow stem, and that is what gives the lamp its stance. Two sizes share the design: 30 cm across and 50 cm tall for a nightstand or a console, or 40 by 76 cm, which is tall enough to stand beside a chair like a small floor lamp. The socket is a standard E26 or E27 with no bulb supplied, and the switch is an inline push button on the cord.

Product sizes

Small: Dia 30 cm x H 50 cm (Dia 11.8″ x H 19.7″)

Large: Dia 40 cm x H 76 cm (Dia 15.7″ x H 29.9″)

Specifications

Style: Vintage, minimalist

Material: Oak, fabric and metal

Shade: Beige fabric in wide vertical panels with scalloped top and bottom edges

Base: Turned oak stem flaring into a trumpet foot

Finish: Walnut tone over oak

Light source: LED or Edison, E26 or E27, bulb not included

Power source: Plug-in

Cord: 150 cm (59.1″) with a plug

Voltage: AC 110-240V

Switch: Inline push button on the cord

Installation: None, plug it in and set it down

IP rating: 20 - not waterproof

Environment: Indoor

Certification: North America, EU, AU, Saudi Arabia

Solid wood: grain and tone vary from one piece to the next

Related collections

Browse Wood Table Lamps and Vintage Table Lamps for fittings that pair with this one.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0997/8183/7096/files/beige-table-lamp-scalloped-plain-front.png?v=1789402475
