The pleating is what gives the art deco reading: lit, each fold catches the light on one side and holds a shadow on the other, so the surface reads as a run of fine vertical lines rather than as a flat glowing wall. Three heights are offered, 100, 120 and 140 cm, all on the same 25 cm diameter, and a touch switch operates it.
