adjustable-desk-lamp-tilting-head-wood-stem-22-x-55-cm
Adjustable Desk Lamp, Tilting Head on a Wood Stem 22 x 55 cm

Adjustable Desk Lamp with a Tilting Head on a Wood Stem

What you adjust on a desk lamp is where the light lands, and this one does it at the joint rather than along an arm. The metal head sits on a knurled hinge at the top of the stem and swings through a wide arc, so the beam can be dropped onto a page, turned up to a wall or swung out over a keyboard, and the friction in the hinge holds it there. No spring, no counterweight and nothing to slacken over time. The head is a plain cylinder in white with a wire bail over the top, the stem is white steel broken by a section of pale wood, and the foot is a low round disc that keeps the whole thing upright at 55 cm. It takes an ordinary E26 or E27 bulb up to 40W, so dimming depends on the bulb you fit rather than on the lamp, and the switch is a rocker on the cord.

Product sizes

One size: Dia 22 cm x H 55 cm (⌀ 8.7″ x H 21.7″)

Specifications

Style: Scandinavian, minimalist

Material: Iron, metal and wood

Head: Plain metal cylinder on a knurled friction hinge, wire bail over the top

Adjustment: Head tilts and swings on the hinge, height is fixed

Stem: White steel with a section of pale wood

Base: Low round metal disc

Finish: White

Light source: E26 or E27 base, LED or Edison, bulb not included, max 40W

Dimming: Depends on the bulb fitted, the lamp has no dimmer

Voltage: AC 110-240V

Power source: Plug-in, 150 cm (59.1 in) cord

Switch: Rocker switch on the cord

Installation: None, plug it in and switch it on

Weight: 4 kg (8.8 lbs)

Environment: Indoor

Plug: US, UK, AU or EU, chosen at order

Certification: North America, EU, AU, Saudi Arabia

Related collections

Browse Home Office Desk Lamps and Wood Table Lamps for fittings that pair with this one.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0997/8183/7096/files/adjustable-desk-lamp-white-wood-plain.jpg?v=1789387074
