# Title: Vintage Flush Mount Ceiling Light, Hand Carved, Two Models

## Description: A vintage flush mount ceiling light carved by hand from gypsum resin, with an opal glass globe fitted at the center. Two silhouettes are offered and each one is sculpted, sanded and finished individually. How this vintage flush mount ceiling light is made Gypsum resin composite, cast first and then hand carved, hand sanded and hand finished. The maker states that the carving step adds the edge definition in petal veins and leaf margins that casting alone cannot reach, and that surface micro texture therefore varies between units. Two models The Bouquet gathers layered petals and leaves loosely around the globe, 11.4 in across by 7.5 in high. The Floral Crown is a single large bloom with deep radial ridges, more symmetrical, 11.8 in across by 7.9 in high. Light and finishes One G9 socket at 12W, a small two pin base that does not accept E26 or E27 screw bulbs. Finishes are ivory white, matte black and gilded gold, each applied by hand after carving. The fixture is hardwired to the ceiling junction box with no pendant drop. See more in our flush mount ceiling lights, our hallway ceiling lights and our bedroom ceiling lights.
